  1. It will not be possible to carry out surveys within the malls or car parks, except those that are purely observational for comparison purposes. Such surveys must be agreed in advance with the Centre’s Community Development Manager.
  2. Students will not bring any food or drink into the Management Suite.
  3. All mobile phones will be switched off whilst groups are with The Trafford Centre staff.
  4. Teachers/tutors will be responsible for the good behaviour of their students. If the behaviour of any group is deemed to be unacceptable The Trafford Centre staff reserve the right to terminate the visit, or to refuse to take further bookings from that school or college.
  5. Means of Escape for Disabled Persons. It is the responsibility of the operators of the building to provide a fire safety risk assessment. Any person or group hiring/using a room in the Management Suite must inform The Trafford Centre, when returning this form, if special arrangements will be required. Failure to do so will result in access being denied to the disabled person and/or the group.
