As well as a parade of all your family favourites, expect festive music and beautiful dance melodies from a showstopping cast of Christmas characters.

Whispering Winter Sessions are gentle, inclusive experiences designed for children with Special Educational Needs and Autism, where grotto sounds are softened to create a calm, magical setting to meet Santa. With fewer guests per slot, our elves and Santa will tailor each moment to every family, ensuring the magic of Christmas is enjoyed at each child’s pace.
